OSL Playoffs preview

For the first time since 2019 the Ontario Series Lacrosse playoffs have arrived. Six teams completed a 16-game regular season and now the top four advance to the post season.

Here is a look at the semifinals matchups:

1) Six Nations Rivermen (14-2-0) vs 4) Clearview Crushers (6-10-0)

The defending OSL champion Rivermen rolled through the regular season winning their first 11 games before an 8-6 loss to Oakville on June 30. Owen Sound handed Six Nations their only other loss, 5-4, on July 9.

Expansion club no more, Clearview shocked many by finishing tied for fourth in the standings with Ennismore James Gang. Three of their six victories during the season came against James Gang though and the tiebreaker along with it.
