The Ennismore James Gang (1-4) traveled west to face the Brooklin Merchants (6-1) in Ontario Series Lacrosse action Friday night.

The goaltending match-up had Riley Finn in net for Ennismore facing Lucas Coote in net for the Merchants.

A game in which Liam Osborne (6g,5a) set a club record for points, the Brooklin Merchants scored early and often in this penalty filled game.

Down 7-0 in the first, the Ennismore James Gang finally solved Lucas Coote to get on the board.  Unfortunately, the James Gang wouldn't be rewarded too often in this game, only finding the back of the net five times.

Frustration took over for Ennismore as tue game went on, taking thirteen penalties in the game.  They gave up five power-play goals, and one shorthanded marker.  However, Ennismore did go 3 for 8 on the power-play themselves.

Brooklin came away with a decisive 22-5 victory.
